Just another Worcester mall wheeler

« on: September 07, 2014, 07:02:39 PM »

It's been a while!

Some of you may remember me. I had that white XJ that Mitch bought.  Grin

I finally have another jeep after taking a few years off. Picked up a 2012 JK unlimited about 2 weeks ago. So far I love it, it works perfectly for my family and it also gives me another project to tinker with. Woot!

So far I've done a 2.5" lift and 34's, and the next step will be some rocker protection and a front bumper.

I am going to reapply for a membership, and hoping to take my 9 year old daughter on some mild trail rides with me.

Thanks Guys!

Tell you, it feels good to be back in a vehicle where I don't have to worry about dodging every little pothole and bump around.

I was driving a 13 WRX before I traded it in for the jeep. It was a fast, fun, 12 sec. daily driver but the crowd associated with those vehicles was getting to me.

Here's some pics of when I first took it home

And here it is now

Hey, nice jeep! I no longer own the XJ. I think it lives out near Axle now.
