You Fu:cking Animal

:finger:

Here's today's progress.

Got the frame trimmed more, and the fenders trimmed into a comp cut.  I don't know what will come of the fenders...we will see with tire placement.

Then I trimmed the center part.

Trimmed the ends off the bumper.

Put the cut up bumper on the back.

And began to weld it on.

Then the iMan came over to help.

My brother welding the bumper...and iMan grinding off the spring hanger.

Where we ended.

nice tim, hey you should think about welding the bed to the cab as I did with mine, I swear its 100% stronger than it ever was with that connected.

you definatly should tie that rollbar into the subframe to strengthen that bed a little or it'll be the first thing to fall off when you roll.  Not a whole lot holding it on anymore.

Tuff to just take it off when you don't have a pile of tube there at your disposal to tube up the rear of the MJ though so it is better than nothing to keep things stiffened up back there, but I am with Tony on this one, attatching it to the cab and to the frame would definately secure things better.  my .02

And my pinion angle is now abysmal.  I have to call Lou tomorrow to see if I can get some pinion shims.

that looks killer twisty

you shoudl def run some box or tube or something from the rollbar to the frame in case of a rollover.  it would take no time at all really and make your jeep much more safe. just my .02

I will look into that idea.  I need to see what I have for material.

Yeah, we made good progress today. ;D

I forgot to mention that Casey came over and helped for a few hours.  He cut brackets, and I welded.  Worked very well.

Thanks to both Ian and Casey for their help!!!!!
