regarding the o2 sensor, to get the vehicle to pass, you can get a phantom o2 sensor.. I am not positive that is the name, I will have to search, but the import tuner guys use these to fool the ECM into thinking that the o2 senor is connected and working properly. you unplug the sensor and plug this one in, basically, it sends the computer the proper voltage readings that a working and functional o2 would send. not sure if I completely understand why yours would not connect or even if this would be the best solution, but thought I would mentioned it.

Good Luck.

OBDII connector
#4 - Chassis Gnd
#5 - Signal Gnd
#7 - K
#15 - L
#16 - +12V

on my jeep pin number 4 was not grounded. so i cut it and grounded it in the cab. that fixed my problem.

99 but same connector, 96 then went to OBDII, just plug in a OBDII reader and if it reads it should pass inspection.

Forgot to order e-brake cables.

This is a test, as there isnt really anything for a 96 XJ with a Ford 8.8 w/ Disc brakes available that I could find.

So I ordered 2x Part #: DB05 from Jeff at Crown. Thanks Jeff!
